1. Grab
Find a BetriBox station at a spot near you. Scan the QR code on the station, dial our USSD code from any phone, or tap in the app. Pay a KES 1,000 refundable deposit with M-Pesa and a power bank pops out.
2. Charge
Every power bank has USB-C, Lightning and micro-USB cables built in, so it works with Android, iPhone and older phones. Your timer and running cost update live, so there are no surprises.
3. Drop
Return it to any BetriBox with a free slot, anywhere in Kenya. Pick up at a lounge, drop at campus. As soon as the station sees the power bank, we deduct what you used and send the rest of your deposit back to M-Pesa, with an SMS receipt.
